The loaves
Country White
Our classic open-crumb loaf — mild tang, golden crust, and a soft interior that toasts beautifully.
Pre-orderSeeded Rye
Dark, earthy, and deeply satisfying. Loaded with sesame, sunflower, and caraway seeds.
Pre-orderWhole Wheat
Nutty and wholesome with a tight crumb. Perfect for sandwiches or a thick slice with butter.
Pre-orderOur story
A neighbor's kitchen, not a factory
Blessed Mercantile started the way most good things do — quietly, at home, for the people nearby. I bake in small batches every week, using a starter that's been alive longer than most of my houseplants.
Every loaf is shaped by hand, scored with care, and baked until the crust sings. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just bread the way it was always meant to be made.
More than bread
The Farmstand
Right alongside the bakery, our farmstand is stocked with what the season gives us — fresh eggs from our hens, garden produce, and small-batch preserves made from scratch. Stop by any day we're open and see what's out.
Farmstand open Wednesday – Sunday · Bakery pre-orders: Saturday pickup
Seasonal Produce
Whatever's growing — tomatoes, greens, squash, herbs. Changes week to week.
Farm Eggs
Fresh eggs from our own hens. Grab a dozen while they last.
Preserves
Jams, pickles, and put-ups made in small batches from seasonal fruit and vegetables.
